Currently the USA Rulebook state:
5.12.1 Group Minimum of three riders.
5.12.2 Club Show Minimum of three riders. Must be a USA Affiliated Club, and all riders must be members of said club.
The IUF Rulebook states:
6.15.1 Small Group Minimum of three riders, maximum of eight.
6.15.2 Large Group Minimum of nine riders, no maximum number of riders.
I think we should keep the current USA rule regarding clubs and groups, now as 6.12.1 and 6.12.2.

As I already stated in the discussion re Club Freestyle, I concur with text carried over from 5.12 5.12 Group Freestyle Overview of the current USA Rulebook for club show (with the exception of the suggested 5 minute time limit) - this includes 5.12.2 which specifies the number of riders and club affiliation requirements.

I suppose it makes sense to take the whole text for that section as opposed to just the club text. Thanks for catching that.
Related topic: do we feel that 3 minutes is enough for a small group? I have always found it interesting that the groups were given less time than the expert individuals and pairs, especially when many of our groups are made up of expert riders. I would propose a 4 minute time limit for the group competition and 5 for club.
Comment
I agree with keeping the current USA rule. I think 3 minutes is enough for a small group as I'd much rather see 3 minutes of jam packed really cool stuff than 4 minutes with some fluff added.

To clarify my opinion (stated above) in order to respond to an earlier discussion point, I concur with text carried over from 5.12 Group Freestyle Overview from the current USA Rulebook for Club Show (with the exception of the proposed 5 minute time limit for Club) - this includes 5.12.2 which specifies the number of riders and club affiliation requirements, and the existing three minute time limit for Group in Section 5.12.4.
